How to Measure?

Height: Stand next to a wall, put a ruler horizontally on your head, and mark at the point where the ruler reaches the wall. Then measure the distance from the floor to the mark.

Neck: Measure around the neck at collar level.

Chest/Bust: Measure the circumference. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your chest (across your nipples), and wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.

Shoulder : (Measure from Back Side) With your arms down at your sides, and with your shoulders back (stand up straight), measure around your shoulders. Measure from the edge of the left shoulder point to the edge of the right shoulder, along the top of the shoulder just below the base of the collar.

Upper Arm/Bicep: Wrap the tape measure tightly around your upper arm i.e. widest part of your upper arm just underneath your underarm.

Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (like a belt would) at your natural waistline, above your belly button, and below your rib cage.

Sleeves: Stand straight and measure from the end of your shoulder (start of arm) to the wrist.

Length : (Measure from Back Side) Measure down the back from the base of the collar to the length required.
